i need to back up my computer which program to use?

I need to back up my computer. Could you tell me what program to choose.
Following things needs to be backed up.

1. my music
2. my documents
3. favorites
4. my pictures
5. some MS office 98 files

I do not need any programs to back up because I am upgrading from windows 2000 to windows xp professional. And I am looking for a really easy program to use in the processs.

for such backup nero would be a perfect program.

all you need to do is install a free tril of nero for 30 days and then open Nero express and drag all of the files into it.
