AIM Installation Problem.

i have the newest aim.

and i would like to download the old version 5.5 how would i do this?
i have already tired to download and it had downloaded but.. when i go to sign on on the one i just downloaded it will say unknown error. try agin later error category 4 error code 1

Hey Megan,

First of all you will have to

uninstall

the new version.
So please follow the steps below.

Go to My Computer
Open Local Disk (C:/)
Open Program Files
Open Common Files
Open AOL
Select uninstaller


And then Uninstall the software.

After done. Please restart your computer.

Then go to http://oldapps.com/AIM.htm

And get any old version if one does not work select either one after or one before.

For Example if version 5.2.3292 does not work, please select 5.5.3572 or 5.2.3290 and try installing them.
