Hi, I did everything that you told me to do (except use Firefox, since I don't know what that is), but it still won't open. I mean, I saved the .exe file to my desktop, double clicked on that and then it downloaded the program. So now I have the AIM logo on my desktop. I double clicked on it, and my mouse turned into an hourglass for several seconds, but then nothing ever opened. Also, when I went through the process of downloading AIM from the .exe file, the AIM window never popped up (with the screennames and such). Instead, after it was done downloading everything, the blue screen just closed. I'm sorry to make this such a big deal, but I'm not too great with computers.... Thank you so much for your help.

Firefox is a very popular web browser like Internet Explorer. You can get it here: www.firefox.com

Since AIM is not working, I can suggest you another option. Software called Trillian works very similar to AIM. Infect by using trillion you can log into AIM, Yahoo, and MSN at the same time. You might want to try that out.

Please post question from now on to the forum so people with the similar problem can get help.
