transfer or install iphoto in newer mac

I have an old G4 powerbook with panther OS, including iphoto and garageband, and recently bought a used G4 with leopard OS but no iphoto or garageband. I could buy ilife09, but can't run the imovie or garageband because my hardware isn't up to it.
Is there a way of transferring the older iphoto and garageband from my old computer, or can I find free, or cheap downloads to install on my leopard G4?:

Hi thatch, I think it would be best to find a free software or cheap downloads to leopard G4 mac, there's a huge chance that copy/pasting a program or software might corrupt or wouldn't run at all.
