Before running a CCleaner you can also run first a disk clean up. And also try to defrag your computer at least once every two weeks or once every 1 week if you can. This will definitely boost the performance of your PC.

I agree. CCleaner is best PC cleaner. I'm using it for years now. you can also try Defraggler, it is a defragging software also from the makers of CCleaner. It can help you optimize your computer.

You can either run a CCleaner or you can use disk clean up. Either ot two can be used to remove evidences. One more thing de fragmenting are just used to repair bad sectors of your drive C or your hard drive but it doesn't remove evidences. Use it to optimize you computer.

By the way i would like to ask what evidences do you mean?
Old files?.......or browsing histories and downloads?

you can also try registry mechanic. not only it can repair your registry it can also help you remove unnecessary files on your machine. I've used and it also works wonders for me and my pc. repairing your registry is the number 1 optimization process you can do to your pc.

Hi folks, for cleaning your pc you can either use ccleaner or window washer. And for your system tuning I suggest using Auslogics Disk Defrag or Registry Mechanic.
