Could anyone tell me why, having tried to delete every Quicktime file I have on my Mac G4 (10.3.9) - the reason being that I tried to install a very new version previously which does not work with my system - I still cannot install 6.5 (which works perfectly well on my ibook, same system). The installer tells me that a newer version exists on my start up disk. But I've deleted anything I can see with Quicktime in the title!! Could anyone tell me what I have done wrong? Thanks

Thank you, tried that, but when I try to launch the installer it said that there was no appropriate application already present (or something to that effect). When I try to install a lower version, it says a higher version is installed so can't do it! I am completely stumped! Is there a way of clearing all versions of Quickbooks somehow and starting again?
Find some uninstaller for MAC os. I believe there are some uninstalling program available for macOS x, you just have to search it using google.
We help not because we need to but we help because we want to.........there's a big difference between "need" and "want"
