how to install older skype

I can report that Skype 3.8.0.188 on my win 98se PC worked flawlessly on a long call I made to Denmark.
I did not update my soundcard driver.

The only glitch was that the Skype TEST call did not replay the first few words of my recorded message, but that is of no account.
