Here's how you're going to do this. This is easy but very tricky.

1. I gave the site where you can find the missing .dll file so go there and download it.
2. When downloading is finish, here's the first step, copy the downloaded .dll file into a folder. This folder will serve as the folder of your yahoo messenger. This always works for me and my friends.
3. Install the client of yahoo messenger and when they ask where where to install it or to what directory are you going to install it, choose the folder where the downloaded .dll file is.
4. Observe if the installation will turn out just fine.
5. If not, here's the second step, get the client of the yahoo messenger or the installer and add it to archive, in this way you are going to make the installer a some sort of "to be extracted file", hope you get my point.
6. Now once the installer of yahoo messenger is an extracted file, copy the downloaded .dll file into the "to be extracted file" of yahoo messenger.
7. Save your work. After that try extracting the work you save.
8. Then install it. In this way even the downloaded .dll file will be extracted and installed.
