    Here is a list of the most dangerous things people do online. To protect ourselves better avoid doing the following activities without taking all the necessary safety precautions needed.

    1. Opening email attachments from unknown senders

    2. Installing unauthorized applications

    3. Disabling security tools such as firewalls and antivirus

    4. Opening messages from unknown senders

    5. Surfing gambling, porn or other dicey Web sites

    6. Giving out passwords, tokens or smart cards

    7. Random surfing of unknown and untrusted Web sites

    8. Connecting to any old Wi-Fi network

    9. Filling out Web scripts, forms or registration pages

    10. Participating in chat rooms or social networking sites

    Me too

    But I make it a point that my precious computer and all my valuable info are safe. However, it is very hard to maintain info security for the #10 activity.

    Yes. Number 10 is anavoidble specially for chat addict like my single friends.dating online and many more is their number one hobby hehehe.

    I have a cousin that often forgets to eat because of chatting , the #1 activity is the only activity I never do.

    Number 7 can be avoided if you have search and destroy installer.
    It can warn you if you visited a suspicious site.

    I have never tried search and destroy, is it really effective against spywares? I have deepfreeze and Nod32 AV on my system

    Yes, try search and destory and PC doctor to help your web surfing much safer.

    I think I might want to try this software. I will test it on my XP machine. I don't have any spyware or any viruses problem on my Vista machine.
