Having Trouble With Zone Alarm upgrade in xp pro/ vista home basic

Have you noticed when upgrading your current free version of zone alarm after it completely installs your computer slowwws waaayyyy the hhheeeelllll dooooowwwnwnnnnn....???????????? No, there is nothing wrong with your computer or my typing, it's a programing techinque used by zone alarm to get you to pay for their fire wall program. The solution: Uninstall the program and download the complete free firewall and install it and you'll have no problems whatsoever. Just remember techs at places like symantec don't know about zone alarm so if they have to do remote access you have to give them permission, I did and believe me I was laughing my ass off about it because she thought I was going to turn off my entire firewall while she fixed my liveupdate program.
