    Ok...after doing more research and trying new things from this website (very helpful):

    I just realized something. I didnt think I had a firewire port on my laptop. I do but it's an S400 (mini port). I have the firewire itself from my charger.Seems I need to install a firewire port (yikes, I've never done this before). Do you know the most efficient port that doesn't cost too much?
