I think it is not a good thing to block Ming Network Monitor.
You protect spyware, adware or other unwanted extra programs with that software which is the last benefit as i think.

Hmm, I do also think so when you ask for block ming network. :P

But if you stop that then i think your dad will easily able to hold that someone has change his setting as he may not able to see the work log!

You cannot block Ming network if it's over the net i guess. You have to have a firewall tool that works not as a filter but as a blocker but i think there's no program that can block MING network.
