A free download that will work with windows
Vista Basic system and a cd readable/writeable burner that when i bought it had Ahead Nero software with it. which Nero will not update their software for free. there fore i need to know which full version free download cd burner program will work with both windows Vista home system and my cd burner.

find out the manufacturer of the CD burner that you have and try theri website first for any updates they may have if they had an agreement wtih the manufacturer they might have what you need barring that I would need to know the manufacturer of the Bruner to answer with the program and the OS being windows

Try using CDBurnerXP it's a free burning software but very reliable and doesn't consume too much pc resources unlike Nero

If you want a full version of nero i suggest you buy one from ebay or search from torrent sites.
