Hello I am new in this forum, Thanks for this opportunity.
I have PowerIso 4.4 and previously I have 3.9 now I try to create a CD, but I found the my DVD/RW is no appear in the software. Before I can do it, but now I can't. So I delete the version 3.9 and I install the next version thinking is gonna be OK. However it wasn't like that, same problem no DVD/RW appear when I try to make a CD. WEll this is my problem How to resolved? anyone..

have you tried checking if your dvd drive is functioning? try to update the driver of your cd/dvd rom drive see if it works.
Try also using these free ISO makers and see if it can detect your drive.

open system information and see if your computer is really detecting your cd/dvd rom.
How to open system information
start-all programs-accessories-system tools-system information
then search for your ROM there.

Yes they are there!!! my DVD and DVD/RW are there.. I try other programs like Ashampoo and I was able to copy and created a iso file.. so I don't know what happen

Well not yet, no Because I purchased a Pionner DVD/RW last Friday (6-12-09) and I though is not necessary to look for new driver, well I think, it is necessary to look for it???

btw, Are you able to read discs with your drive? try also using the built-on burning feature of windows and see if it works there

Yes, you need to find an updated driver for your ROM. If you're having a hard time looking for a driver up to date, kindly provide us the brand of your ROM.
