I am from the philippines and have an yahoo email and IM account. I also have a application called uzzap and everything time I try to log in to my yahooIM it says that it is an invalide username and password. Can u help me why when I sign into my yahoo email and even in my yahooIM on my desktop am able to and not in my uzzap yahooIM messenger?

What does that service uzzap do? And why would that interfere with YM? Also what version of yahoo messenger are you running?

Pare, try mong i reinstall yung yahoo messenger mo. Or if nakakapagbukas ka naman ng internet explorer pero ayaw maglogin sa YM, i disable mo mung yung internet connection mo, restart mo computer mo, tapos enable mo ulit connection mo. Pag di gumana pa rin, try mong buksan YM account mo sa ibang PC, pag bumukas sa ibang PC ibig sabihin nun infected ng YMworm virus PC mo.

Sir, first try to reinstall your yahoo messenger. If the case is you can open a web browser without any problem but prevents you from logging in at yahoo messenger, this is hat you have to do, disable your internet connection, restart your computer then enable internet connection. If the two steps does not help, it means that your computer is infected by a YMworm, this virus will not make your computer crash but it will prevent you from using yahoo messenger.

it also does happens to me a lot. roipatrick is right, reinstalling your YM will make it work unless you have a virus problem. try to uninstall your YM using a good uninstaller program to remove all files and folders including registry entries then re-install the application again.

hello everyone... I been using uzzap on my cell for quite sometime now, lately i've noticed na twice dumating ang messages ng ka chat ko... I called the smart hotline & they told me to refresh & unstalled the uzzap & intall it again... i already did but nothing change, i still get messages twice with a 6-7 seconds interval... does anyone experience this????

According to their Web site, Uzzap is still Beta. Expect bugs and unusual problems if you are using this service.

I was not able to find a direct link on their site for reporting problems, but you may have to log into your account first. Personally, I wouldn't waste my time with this service.
