Hello & thank you in advance for any suggestions!
I am trying to install itunes for Windows XP Professional with service pack 3.
I have undertaken the following steps and failed!
- I attempted to install version 7.3.2 as suggested elsewhere on this site. The download stuck on ten minutes remaining and would go no further.
- I attempted to install version 6.0.5 as suggested elsewhere on this site and received error message 'Some installation files are corrupt. Please download a fresh copy and retry the installation.'
- Attempted to install latest version several times. Successfully installed 74.3MB of 74.3MB (99%) and then received
error ' Internet Explorer cannot download itunesSetup.exe from appldnld.com.edgesuite.net The connection with the server was reset'
- I was only able to get as far as above after uninstalling an older version of quicktime.
- I have reset internet security/all settings to default.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!![]()

We help not because we need to but we help because we want to.........there's a big difference between "need" and "want"
