Default Trying to install Office 2003 Basic and Access

I am trying to install a legitimate copy of Office Basic 2003 onto my computer, with the disks that came with my Gateway computer. I also have a key to install Access 2003, but I do not have the disk anymore. Is there a way to install Access 2003 without a disk, even if you have a key to put on there? The copy of Office Basic copied on here just fine.

Ok, I found a copy of the upgrade Access 2003, but now its saying that it cannot find the files from the office 2003 that I already put on the computer. The version is Office Basic 2003, how do I get it to see the location so that the upgrade can happen?

I think you must try the non-upgrade version of Access. If still you experience the same problem, we will find another solution then.

Ok, I made a mistake with that cd, it was an upgrade cd (blasted thing). I did try to find a copy of Office 2003 Pro to see if I can just pick that feature to install and use the key, but it won't give me a prompt to do anything with it. Think I might have to order a copy of Access 2007? What about finding someone with a cd image of the access 2003 full install cd?

You cannot use your cd key if you use different installer. If you find someone who can give you the installer of access 2003, you should also ask for the cd key.

Slavezero is right. A cd has its own cd key. Using different cd keys will not solve the problem. If you want we can look for a site wherein you can download what you need...
