2I would recommand you to use Picasa. It's really easy to use and probably the best to edit and delete images.

    Available at: http://www.google.com/picasa

    Good Question.

I don't even know how to do it. Let me find out from my friends. I am pretty sure that someone must know it.

Lightbulb How to clear Microsoft Windows Paint History?

This is somewhat complex thing to do but if you follow each step you will be able to do it.
    1. Click on Start Menu and Select Run (Image 1)
    2. Type: Regedit and click OK. (Image 2)
    3. There will be a registary panal on the left side (Image 3)
    4. Select the (+) sign on the "HKey_Current_User" (Image 4)
    5. open "Software" (Image 5)
    6. Down the software list open microsoft (Image 6)
    7. In the microsoft list open Windows (Image 7)
    8. Open "Paint" (Image 8)
    9. Open "Recent File List" (Image 9)
    10. Delete all except the very first one. (DO NOT DELETE "(defult") (Image 10)
In the last image I have shown that the list 1, 2, 3 is not there any more.

You should be able to figure out from the images but if now let us know.
