As usual Roi is right but I got an added reason why the file may not say its complete, not so much a download issue as a installer issue caused by your virus scanner running during install since the program goes to the web to operate you may have your scanner set to disallow this action so try to stop your virus scanner before running the program,
to do this right click the icon for it by the clock and select close
you will get an error message but do it and try the install let us know how it goes
Turning virus scanner off like what Tpneer2 said should do the trick. There are files that is known to virus scanners as suspicious files. These files can be easily detected by any virus scanner and if it does, it will either block it or delete it as soon as it enters your computer. The result is, your download will become incomplete because of the file blocked by a virus scanner.
