ITunes Downgrade Please Help Me

I need to downgrade my version of ITunes to an older version that's (x64) compatible. I installed Itunes 8.1.1 and the message pops up and says "The file" "I Tunes Library.itl" was created by a newer version of itunes. It then gives me only the option of pressing OK and nothing happens.

PLEASE HELP!

I want and need to use this version for the teathering ability and I want to Jailbreak my IPhone! For better functionability!

Move ITunes Library.itl to Desktop from your Music folder in your documents then you should be able to do this easily.
