    Default Serious Itunes Problem

Hi, I've deleted, reinstalled and done basically everything else I can think of to try to get Itunes to work. I've even tried the older versions and I get the same error. This pops up whenever I try to open itunes, or click on a file thats been associated with itunes. In other words, whenever I try to open itunes, this error pops up; and of course does not launch the program. IThis error message would be (click for enlarged view):

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated seeing as I haven't had itunes for about a month

Thanks for the image. It helped very much.

    The Problem

This is a common windows memory read error. Many application returns error like this

The instruction at __________ referenced memory at _____________. The
memory could not be read or written.

    Solution

One of the solution to resolve such problem in any application is by changing the places of your RAM. Open up your computer and change the location of your both RAM modules.

If that doesn't help let me know. I will try to Google is and ask my friends for some better solution.

Look at the image, you will have to change the ram location.

Thanks for the quick reply, however this seems like a very drastic measure just for itunes. The potential loses definitely do not equal the possibility of making itunes work again. If anyother alternate exists, I would rather try that. Thank you though.

There are several more places you can read more about this error:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/894075

"Left click on My Computer - select Properties - Go to the Advanced Tab to the right and click on it - In the performance section ; click on advanced options - In the lower box you will see Virtual Memory - Increase the size ( 400 min and 2000 Max ) click on set - You will have to reboot your system - This should fix the problem" (Source: http://www.annoyances.org/exec/forum...00/t1036959048)

Also after reading many posts online I think that running windows updates could fix your problem.

Search the whole Microsoft website most likely you will find solution: http://support.microsoft.com

I will keep posting more solutions as find them on the net.
