Hotmail not allowing me to send emails - receiving ok

Hi everyone,
I am using hotmail on a newish mac and in the last week the hotmail program will not allow me to send email.

When i try to send i get this msg

I have not been advised that I have broken any rules.
I have posted twice on the forum 3-4 days ago .. but no help from hotmail.
I have tried changing my password. Still no assistance

Can anyone help me?

I see that you have 3 attachments... if this kind of problem on email is, that you have a wrong email and unable to send, it is not a problem with Hotmail. This site can send any emails anytime... How about you try to use another webmail so that you can differentiate whether you can send emails or not. Try Yahoomail. Just try something else if you can send email...
And if you can send then or not then you notice it...

the original email only had 1 attachment a pdf - when it errors it comes back with 3 attachments - don't know hwat these are - i can't open them

if i try to send am email with just text / no attachment - this does not work either

i have had some improvement - by clearing caches i can now send to some addresses. any email to the an email address ending with @optusnet.com.au does not work.
The ppl that own these addresses can send me emails .. but i can not reply to them
