Yahoo Im download problem
Iam having a persistent problem when downloading Yahoo IM, every time i go click the Run button on the download, i get a pop box which says
'Yahoo suite installer has encountered a problem and needs to close'
i have tried uninstalling yahoo software and restart already several times and still get the Yahoo suite installer problem box. what is going on here?
iam on a Win.Xp home edition 2003 operating system
What version are you trying to install?
If you are trying to install version 7.5

Download it on your desktop and install it. Let me know if you encounter more error.

Kindly provide the errors that kept on popping up every time you tried installing yahoo IM.
Follow help_desks advice first and if an error message pops up kindly provide the things we needed to solve your problem.

on yahoo site it would download fine but it would not install at all. there was no errors it simply would still be at 100% fourty eight hours later doing the very same thing. i was able to download and install yahoo im 9 from this website with out any promblems at all and it did not take any time to do it.

It seems that the file you downloaded from yahoo itself i some sort of corrupt or something. If ever you have downloaded IM from here and worked fine, stick with it. Just use the IM from here to free you from your problems.

So far the yahoo im download from this site is working fine. but i wasted about four months with yahoo im downloads from other sites that gave me promblems or would download but would not install at all. I certainly wish that i had known about this site four months ago. I would have used it to start with and would have not had the promblems or headaches that i did because of one simple yahoo im. Who ever thought up this site has certainly done a lot of people a hugh big favor.
