old Emac

Can someone help me -

My dad has an old emac - ithink maybe 6 years old and has always had problems with its web browser.

certain sites will not come up (like ryanair) and as its a old OS - its 10.3.9 and i am unsure what to do.

Can any one help me please.

Can you tell us aside on a certain sites will not come up.
How about the rest of the site like Google, Yahoo! and more, can you open it?
And secondly did this browser have updated add-ons plug-ins?
