Use Tuneup Registry Cleaner program to clean first the unused data or files integrated with iTunes or Quicktime, and when you install again choose another path or directory from default directory. This options well continue to install the application.
    Download:
    Current Version:
    iTunes 9.2.1

    Supported Systems:
    Windows 2000 SP 4 (iTunes 7.3.2), XP, Vista, 7)

    Good luck!

Hi heldt, yboyandrei is correct you'll need that software to do a clean uninstallation. I would also recommend Revo uninstaller I've been using it for a year now, and it really did it's job you may try the software by clicking here; download Revo Uninstaller.
