I hope this will help Sir. But before every time i accidentally deleted a file all i do was to restore my computer to an earlier time using the system restore.

This though is not 100% working since you must have a restoration point for that day, and if none then you cannot recover your data but i prefer following other posts since they have a tool for recovering deleted data.
