When I launch MusicMatch my computer freezes. I get an error message something about another application is trying to close runtime mmjb.exe, not exactly sure. In any event, it opens but it won't function. I can't click on anything and everything freezes up and I have to close it from the taskbar. I am running Windows XP2, Dell Dimension 4700, only a 1 1/2 year old. This is the first time I'm having trouble but I did download iTunes 7 (ugh) but haven't really used it much (nor have I used MusicMatch much but it always worked before). If I need to uninstall it and reinstall it where would I find it as I doesn't seem as if Dell included a disc with it on it for reinstallation.

I hope someone can help me.

If you want to uninstall and reinstall musicmatch you would have to know what version you have installed on your computer first. If you can let me know that what version of MusicMatch you have then prolly I can help you to find that particular version.

I have also recenlty downloaded itunes but now mmjb.exe won't run properly. MusicMatch came with the computer the version of it is 9.0.5.100
Is there a way to restore this file?

We have version 9.0 on the site http://www.oldapps.com/download.php?...sicmatch90.exe

You can uninstall your current version and try to install version 9.0..
