Downloading problems with mac osx 10.3.9

For some reason my emac wont download anything. Could it be that i deleted a file or something? Or is it that the flashplayer i've been trying to download is the wrong one. Or is it not only old but crappy

What are you trying to download and what are the errors do you see?

Im trying to download cleanmymac, flashplayer 10 because flashplayer 9 won't let me play alot of games or watch you tube vids. it doesnt do anything. For the cleanmymac, it comes up no amountable image of something like that.
