Firefox 2.0.0.20 download Mac OS 10.3.9

I downloaded the free software, thank you for the service. There were no instructions for what to do next.
I clicked on the dmg icon, it did nothing. I stored the Firefox icon in my hard drive app folder and restarted and it did nothing on restart except open the folder, but doesn't activate the software itself. I have used Firefox 2.0 for a long time and decided to uninstall some add-ons, now the old version won't open.

I still have my original 2.0 version that will not open in my hard drive, could that be the problem? I was hesitant to discard it with all its history, treasures only to me, until the new one worked.

I think it's a security problem of sorts, but don't know how to solve it.

I write online and this is devastating. Could someone please help?

When you double click on the DMG it should get mounted on your Mac and then you drag the Firefox app to your "Application" directory.

If that does not work for you please let me know, I will make a small video and post it here.

So, I downloaded it again, and everything seemed to work, except opening it up. The box that opens says Firefox 2.0 0KB available. ????

We had a server issue for last few days, which caused all .dmg files not being properly downloaded. This has been fixed as of today afternoon. Try now it should be working
