Need OS X 10.4 for my G4

Recently, I'd just re-formatted my Mac powerbook G4 (made in year 2005?), then I found the original OS X was 10.3.9 .
Q1. What is the best bet for my G4, is it OS X 10.4.9 or 10.4.11 or higher?
Q2. Where can I find the source for download? (I tried to search it, but i got all sort of things, and ended up with confusion...)

From a quick glance at Wikipedia (Mac OS X Tiger - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) I found that you should be able to install Tiger on your G4.

Also you will have to buy the install DVD directly from Apple or one of their reseller.
