Hi, I downloaded a 30 days trial Snag It 11 version directly from Techsmith. I saw it was too complicated for me. I've been working at my past job with Snag It 8.2.3. and this is so much easier for me. I found this website and I though it is great! So I uninstalled the Snag It 11 and downloaded your version.

Now I can't use it because all the time is showing me the window that my free trial expired and I need to buy the TechSmith product.

What should I do?
