2.Choose the photos you want to copy. Click Next.
3.Use the default picture name and destination, or change these as you wish.
4. Enable the option, "Delete pictures from my device after copying them".
5.Click Next. The Wizard imports your images.

Hello, I just found this post in the Google, and hope to give it my personal experience.
If you have ever synced your iPhone with iTunes, there must be the iTunes backup files for your iPhone that allows you to extract and recover iPhone files from iTunes with help of third-party software. In this way, you can recover data for your iPhone even your device is lost, damaged or just inaccessible.
To Transfer iPhone With New Windows PC
1- Quit iTunes and make sure all Apple's services are not running
2- Launch Windows Explorer / My Computer up
3- Copy the following directories and their contents
On Windows 7 (Replace "USERNAME" with the users account name):
On Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
4- Now paste / put those folders to a new computer within the same path
5- Once done. Launch iTunes in the new computer
6- Authorize the new computer to Apple Server
7- Connect your iPhone and Sync as usual.
That's it. Do not forget that there is limitation of the number of your computer that can be authorized. It seems logical that if a new iTunes installation finds the same data as was there before, it should sync ok. Technically it will wipe and resync, but the material will be the same and read this article: http://www.vibosoft.com/ios/transfer...-computer.html

You can transfer photos from iPhone to PC or Mac in 4 ways:
1. try to transfer files over USB cable
2. use this iOS file manager app(https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/ifil...690442933?mt=8), then you can transfer photos from iPhone to PC over WiFi, LAN or Cloud servers easily.
You may use Photo Gallery from Windows Lives on PC.
Or you may try to use iPhone Transfer to transfer them.
If you are using Mac, you can manually connect them via USB.
Or you can do it wirelessly on your iPhone by switch ON the Photo Stream under iCloud selection.

This utilizes the pop-up that shows by default in Windows when a device is connected to the computer by way of USB.
1. Plug in your iPhone to the computer without iTunes running
2. Wait for a popup asking you what you want to do with the device
3. Select "View Content"
4. Find your data through the folders that are displayed
5. Copy the data from Windows as usual
Note that in Windows 7 and Windows 8 you will often find the iPhone mounted under "Portable Devices" but it can also be found listed under "Digital Camera". Opening either will work to copy the pictures over, but typically Digital Camera opens directly to the DCIM directory whereas Portable Devices will sometimes require minor navigation within the folder to copy the files.
