Flashplayer for Windows Vista

I cannot install the new flashplayer as my laptop running Windows Vista is only 1.2Ghz.

What version of flashplayer can I download and what do I have to do to download?

I am trying to use with Internet Explorer - the problem with the new flash player is that it requires 1.6ghz on laptops and I only have 1.2ghz. When i download it is says it was successful but will not run when I try to use the flashplayer on sites e.g. You Tube.

Try the 10.3 version for IE: Old Version of Adobe Flash Player 10.3.183.11 (IE) Download - OldApps.com

Alternatively you can also try Chrome which comes with Flash bundled in, or download firefox and then install Old Version of Adobe Flash Player 10.3.183.11 (Non-IE) Download - OldApps.com
