Locked Account

My Yahoo Messenger 7.0 account, along with my email account has recently been locked. Upon trying to log in, I was informed that my account has been deactivated. This was done to me by a chatter that has done this to many others. Can you tell me how to unlock my account? I have some federal documents in my email, and I need to get into that account, can someone PLEASE help me???

Thank you for your help, I called Yahoo, and evidently, the chatter that caused this, reported me for abuse. So, Yahoo deactivated my accounts. I sent an email to their advocacy dept, so I'll see what happens, and my complaint is under investigation into this chatter with both Yahoo, and the Internet Crime Division of the FBI. I thank you again for your help.
