Question MusicMatch 10 Album Art blocked.

I have MusicMatch ver 10 and a Hp 8770c Computer with Windows XP home edition\SP2. I have a problem with the Album art tag lookup feature . When I try to use the tag lookup feature for a song, I get the information but the Album art is blocked (with a zero and a slash through it). I've visited many forums and no one has answered the problem correctly. I also have sent 2 requests to MusicMatch Technical Support and haven't gotten a responce on either one. This has just started to happen since Yahoo has bought MusicMatch. I used to get a responce within 24 hours. If someone has the answer to this problem can you please help me resolve this issue? Thanks for you help in advance.

If you have iTunes or Windows media player 11 installed, please open up those songs and see if there is any album art. If you cant find the album art then go to Google type the song name and search for the album image.

After you find the correct album image, drag it to that small window on the left of iTunes or directly onto the song in Windows media player. After that open the song in Musicmatch and it should work fine!

Let me know if you need more help

That is a terrible solution. The ONLY reason I paid for MMJB was to use SuperTagging. It's a crappy player, but it's the best ripper I've seen, and now it's been semi neutered.

Have you found a solution for the art blocked at Musicmatch? I have not been able to find a good replacement for this software yet. I tried MediaMonkey but I still prefer MusicMatch.

    Thanks,
    Aigarcia

I used MusiMatch for a long time until I ran into some problems with it. But from what I remember their server stopped producing the Album Art since few years back.

The only thing I liked after Musicmatch was iTunes version 7 where you can see album art pretty smoothly. You might want to use that, if not Sonique always worked for me.
