Music Match won't play or record from cd or dvd drives

Music Match Jukebox will no longer record or play audio cd's from either the cd rom drive or the dvd rom drive. However, Windows media player and I Tunes will play and record from those drives. Above the playlist window it states that the drive is empty when there is an audio cd in it. This didn't occur the last time I used M.M. a few weeks ago. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling MM Jukebox with the current version (10) but that made no difference. Music Match support relies on a diagnostic log being transmitted but I keep getting error messages while attempting that. It almost seems that I need support for getting support from Music Match. I'll be grateful for any help.

Did you download any Microsoft updates lately? If so uninstall them. They knocked out my Music Match and I didn't know what was going on so I uninstalled my music mach and after I reinstalled it I found out that I lost my burner Plus upgrade that allowed me to burn CD and make labels. If I had just uninstalled the updates my problem would have been solved and I would still have Musicmatch with the burner Plus software. I didn't know that Musicmatch was going to quit, I been off the network for a while moving and didn't have my intenet connection for some time. Wow what a suprise. And no one seems to have the full version.

Go to Google and type in your problem with musicmatch and you should get your answers. Thats where I got mine. I also had some issues with the No Disk error that kept popping up when I booted up. Seems that Microsoft keeps sending the upgrades and doesn't have a cure for the problems they cause.
