cant download incredimail

hi hope you can help me. I have been trying for a while
to download incredimail. I have it on my computer and
when I put it on a few years ago I had no problems.
I am trying to put it on my daughters lap top but keep
getting to a point in the download where it stops and
comes up with a message.
It gets past the configuring the system, then starts the
dowload but only a couple of minutes in to it I get this
same message every time

"failed to download file http://www.incredimail.com/contents/setup/downloader/
data. cab"

then it puts a complete incredimail installation icon on the
desktop but will still not let me intall it.

hoping some one can help me as I like using the
incredimail program
