QuarkImmedia for Mac help

I recently bought QuarkImmedia 1.0 to do a multimedia project. It's an "add-on" to QuarkXpress 4.0 on an Imac using OS 8.6. Problem is whenever I want to export the multimedia project to Windows, I can't. The "Embed Viewer" option which will work on the Mac options but "windows" is greyed out. I tried everything from trying other file types to changing the screen resolution but nothing. When I bought Immedia it had no update 1.1 disc and I wonder if that's what holding me back.

To me it sounds like windows is doing its usual updating you and then stopping you from using your normal programmes lol. But being as nice as i am I have emailed the makers of QuarkImmedia and am awaiting response, as this one is not something I'm used to.

As soon as they have emailed me back I will let you know. There is a chance they may not because I didnt enter a serial number, however if you wish to have a look into this yourself you can do so here http://www.quark.com/

Actually, it's on the Mac side. Somehow the software or the machine itself has the 'export to windows' option greyed out. I wonder if I should use a previous version of QuarkXPress for Mac using QuarkImmedia or another machine. On the QuarkImmedia box it says" QuarkXPress 3.32 or later required to run this software."

The Quark website doesn't have anything about QuarkImmedia anymore so i guess this add-on app is abandonware.

I have a pic of my problem on the Imac. I actually tried this on Power Mac G3 and Quark 3.3.2 and it still had the Windows option greyed out. Maybe I'm missing a plug-in? Any pointers? http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/47308035/

I will go and have a look at the SS then I will have another look around for you

** I have looked at the SS (aka screenshot) and can see nowhere where you would assume a plug in was missing, that said though it could be a possibility. I still am having trouble getting the answer that you need though. As soon as I know more, if i manage to find more i will post here for you
