Question Help with iTunes! (no version working!)

    Hi,

I have not accessed/updated iTunes in a while (I believe my last version was 7). Today, while I was trying to open the program, it gives me an error message saying there is something wrong with the program and Quick Time. So I uninstalled both Quick Time (which was no longer working...all of a sudden) and iTunes.

I tried numerous times (>5 times) uninstalling then reinstalling iTunes (with restarting Windows in between), and it gives me the same error message whenever I am trying to start iTune.
(This is the exact error message but without the debugging icon...I used someone's posted image since I don't have my own website to post this image)

I have tried iTune 7.0.2, 7.0.1, 7, 6.0.5. I also tried installing an old version of Quick Time (6. something) and did not work either.

    Please help..am I missing something?

    I have solved my problem.
I un-installed both iTune and QuickTime again, removed the folder of QuickTime in C, removed the QuickTime file from system32, and deleted all the temp files.

I then restarted computer, installed the newest version of QuickTime without iTunes. I then installed iTunes.
    Both work perfectly now!

Although my iPod shuffle (old version) is still not working despite me doing all this) >_<

Corrupted program may cause this things to happen.....try reinstalling itunes and maybe it will reverse the problem or completely eliminate the problem you're experiencing.......Tell me if this advice worked, if not i will look for another solution to your problem.

Kindly update this post for results.
    Have a great day.
