I never had a problem putting videos on my Ipod but as soon as i upgraded to the new iTunes I can't put any of my movies/videos on my iPod. I tried to delete iTunes 7 and downgrade back to iTunes 6 but as soon as it gets to the "install" part and i click install it says "there is nothing to install"
Also when i spoke to the apple representatives they told me that apple doesn't support 3rd party movies and if i wanted them I would have to purchase them from the iTunes store... this upsets me because I bought a video ipod so i can watch videos on my iPod.... If this doesn't work and I can't get back iTunes 6 does anybody know about a program that I can use instead of iTunes? A program that can enable me to put videos on my iPod.
Thank you
