4.1 itunes help needed please

i just got downloaded itunes 4.1 because my computer wouldn't let me download 7.0.

but not i can't get itunes 4.1 to recognize my new ipod. does anyone know how?

Have you tried using iTunes 6.0.4 or 6.0.5. I recommend you to use those versions and see if that works.
