Hi,
Im new to this forum and hope someone can help me with my problem.

I tried to install Macromedia Captivate on a pc running Windows xp home, while installing i get a message saying that 'Flash Player not installed' and that installation of Captivate can not go ahead.
I downloaded the Flash Player from Adobe, but get the following message when trying to install

"Directory not found"
Setup could not find your browsers plugins directory
Click Browse and locate the plugins directory
To install this directory, click install

The default destination is set to : C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
but when i click on install nothing happens, and i still cant install captivate.

Somebody in a previous thread (Nick Coffey) sorted a similar problem but he never posted the solution.

Any help much appreciated
