itunes and mp3 burning

I am trying to create an mp3 cd and everytime i try i get a message from itunes to insert a blank cd. I keep on changing my blank cd's but it doesn't recognize it. If i'm not burning anything it would tell me that i have a blank cd in my drive. HELP

You should try using nero first and see if it burns the cd or not.

i burned a regular audio cd and it works but when i'm trying to create a mp3 cd it opens the drive and says to insert a blank cd.

After searching for a little bit. I found that actually in iTunes you have to do some settings to burn cds in mp3.

I have changed the settings and still the problem continues. Before i was able to create mp3 files and now for some reason it wont let me.

I tryed that before and still i have the same problem. The settings are fine i have it in burn mp3 cd. It just wont let me burn it into mp3

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling itunes?

Yeah i tried that already. It's weird because i can make a regular cd, but as soon as i try to make an mp3 cd it does not work. I checked the settings and even changed the blank cds but it still doesn't work. It keeps on asking to insert a blank cd.

I had the same problem for a long time. I asked in different places but no one knew the answer. The best thing to do is just start using Windows Media Player.
