Help!!!!!!!!! iBook G4 iTunes

I have an iBook 1 year old, and I've just downloaded the new version of iTunes. My problem is that now it won't start because it says that my mac os x is "too old" and that I need mac os x 10.4.7 or newer! All I really want to do now is to change back to my old iTunes, and I've tried to download some of your old versions here on this site, but they won't work! Now I'm without iTunes, and I really don't know what to do! Please anybody who can help me?! Sorry, it might be a stupid question! Also because I don't know which iTunes iBook G4 originally is born with?!

When you try to install the old itunes what does it say in the error message?


I would remove all of the files from my computer that are related to itunes and then install may be iTunes version 6
