- Where are the download links?
OldApps.com is changing the way it presents data. Our new download links are located directly below "System Requirements" section on each page.
- How do I let you know the problem?
We are dedicated to provide the best customer service out there. If you see any problem in any program that you have downloaded feel free to let us know the problem and we will fix it as soon as possible.
- Does OldApps support old versions for Mac and most of the old apple computer software?
Yes. As we expand our website, we will keep adding more and more old versions of Microsoft's Windows and Apple's Mac operating systems.
- Do you run any virus check on any software?
Since we are committed to give you an adware and spyware free applications, we run couple of anti-virus programs. By any chance if you have found any file that contains virus please inform us as soon as possible. We will remove it quickly.
- Do you collect of our information?
Yes. In order to provide the best results we collect your very basic information such as the country name and the area you are located in. OldApps.com will never initially give away your information unless you have given us permission to do so.
- Will you help us to find any software?
If you are unable to find software, we are more than happy to find old software for you. This service will be free of charge, so please send us your requests in our forums.
- I’m looking for illegal software, can I find it here?
If you are looking for illegal software, this is not a right place to look for. We are against the use of any illegal software.
- I am a software maker; can I put my old version here?
Sure. We are more than happy to put your software in our database so feel free to contact us.
- I just got a old version from your site, How to use this software?
The software you have downloaded from here will work same as software you would have downloaded from else where. If its .exe, .bin, or .dmg file then just double click on the file itself; or if its .zip, .rar, or .gzip file then extract it and then double click on the appropriate installation file.
- What happened to WINMX?
WinMX has been shut down recently. Please do not send us any problems regarding WinMX, see our forums. There you will be able to find all solutions you want.
- How do I uninstall a newer version of iTunes?
There are several ways to uninstall new version but we recommend you to read this thread in our forum to do this properly.
